New patients

Yes. We welcome new patients of every age, and most new patients are seen within a week. Same-day visits are available for emergencies.

Bring a photo ID, your insurance card, a list of medications and any recent x-rays if you have them. You can complete forms online before you arrive.

Plan on about 75 minutes for adults. That covers a full exam, x-rays, a cleaning if appropriate and time to talk through your goals.

Absolutely. Tell us when you book. We offer headphones, weighted blankets, nitrous oxide and oral sedation, and we agree on a stop signal before starting.

Insurance & billing

We are in network with most major PPO plans, including Delta Dental, MetLife, Cigna, Aetna, Guardian, United Concordia, Humana and Anthem. We file claims for you.

Our Brightside Smile Club membership covers two cleanings, exams, x-rays and 15% off other care for a flat yearly fee. We also offer third-party financing.

Yes, always. You receive a written estimate with your expected insurance portion before any non-emergency treatment begins.

Yes. Approved patients can spread larger treatment over 6 to 60 months through our financing partners, with some 0% interest options.

Yes. Dr. Kowalczyk is an experienced clear aligner provider, and your consultation includes a 3D scan and a preview of your results.

Yes. Dr. Reyes plans and places implants here using 3D imaging and printed surgical guides, so you do not need to visit a separate surgeon for most cases.

Yes. We use composite resin that is shaded to match your teeth. We do not place silver amalgam fillings.

Professionally supervised whitening is safe for enamel. Some people feel short-lived sensitivity, which we reduce with desensitizing treatment.

Kids & families

By age one or within six months of the first tooth. Early visits are short and fun, and they help prevent early cavities.

Yes, parents are always welcome in the treatment room.

Yes. Ask for a family block and we will line up back-to-back appointments for everyone.

Yes. We offer quiet rooms, first-of-the-day appointments, visual schedules and extra time. Tell us what works best for your child.

Emergencies

Yes. We hold emergency openings every weekday morning. Call as early as you can and we will fit you in.

Call our main line and follow the prompt for the on-call doctor. For facial swelling that affects breathing or swallowing, go to the nearest emergency room.

Hold it by the crown, rinse gently, and place it back in the socket or in a cup of milk. Call us right away, ideally within 60 minutes.
