A typical adult new patient appointment takes about 75 minutes. Kids' first visits are shorter and more playful.

Check in, grab a coffee or tea and meet your care coordinator. Forms are already done if you finished them below.

Tour and conversation
We show you around and ask what matters to you: comfort, cost, timing and goals for your smile.

Digital x-rays and photos
Low-dose images and intraoral photos appear on the ceiling screen so you see what we see.

Gentle cleaning
If your gums are healthy, your hygienist cleans and polishes the same day.
- 60 min
Doctor exam and plan
Your dentist reviews everything with you and hands you a written plan with costs and insurance estimates.
What to bring
Forgot something? No problem. We can look up insurance and request old x-rays for you.
- Photo ID and your dental insurance card
- A list of medications, vitamins and supplements
- Recent x-rays from a previous dentist (we can request them for you)
- Your questions, big or small
- Headphones if you would like your own playlist

Yes. We welcome new patients of every age, and most new patients are seen within a week. Same-day visits are available for emergencies.
Bring a photo ID, your insurance card, a list of medications and any recent x-rays if you have them. You can complete forms online before you arrive.
Plan on about 75 minutes for adults. That covers a full exam, x-rays, a cleaning if appropriate and time to talk through your goals.
Absolutely. Tell us when you book. We offer headphones, weighted blankets, nitrous oxide and oral sedation, and we agree on a stop signal before starting.
