  Dr. Maya Okafor grew up in Linden and still remembers the dentist who handed her a hand mirror and let her see what he was doing. That small gesture turned a scared eight-year-old into a future dentist, and it shaped the way Brightside works today.

  Dr. Daniel Reyes, DMD, FICOI

  Dr. Daniel Reyes joined Brightside in 2014 after six years in a Chicago restorative practice. He is the doctor our patients see when a tooth needs saving, rebuilding or replacing, and he has a gift for explaining complex treatment with a pen and a napkin sketch.

  Dr. Priya Raman, DDS, MS

  Dr. Priya Raman sees our youngest patients, from first-tooth visits to braces-age teens. She holds a master's degree in pediatric dentistry and brings a calm, playful energy that turns wary toddlers into kids who ask when they get to come back.

  Dr. Ethan Kowalczyk, DDS

  Dr. Ethan Kowalczyk joined Brightside in 2021 and leads our cosmetic program, including porcelain veneers, whitening and Invisalign. Before dental school he studied studio art, and it shows in how carefully he considers shape, proportion and shade.
